    Licensed Mental Health Counselor

    Tice Counseling & Wellness

This is a W2 employee position, with a retirement plan available for all employees, plus a health insurance benefits package available for full-time. We also compensate well for time spent completing treatment plans and progress notes.

    – Are you a therapist looking to focus exclusively on client care, and leave the rest of the administrative tasks to us?
    – Are you looking for the flexibility to work from the office or from home?
    – Would you like to create your own schedule, choose which days to work, and have a healthy work-life balance?
    – Are you currently in your own private practice, but tired of the expensive marketing, isolation, minimal support, hours spent chasing payments, no administrative help, and unpaid time?

Tice Counseling & Wellness LLC seeks to hire an inspired LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist to join our supportive team and thriving private practice. Currently, we are doing a mix of in-person client sessions and virtual client sessions. This hybrid mix means that approved candidates can work in the beautiful office space we provide or from a quiet home office. Due to client demand, we are looking for local candidates that can be available to meet with clients in person. We are also open to the idea of fully remote therapists, currently located in Pennsylvania. We equip our clinicians with state-of-the-art EHR software where you can schedule clients, complete treatment plans and progress notes, and conduct HIPAA-compliant video sessions.

If you decide to work with us, you can expect a warm and supportive environment alongside other talented therapists, fully furnished office space, EHR software, a steady flow of motivated client referrals, IT support, case consultations, full administrative support, immediate assistance for any clinical concerns, and monthly staff meetings. We take care of all administrative tasks including credentialing, marketing, billing, collections, and scheduling initial sessions, so you can do what you love and go home at the end of the day with no further work responsibilities. This is the ideal position for therapists that love working with clients directly with very few duties outside of the therapy room.

We are looking for clinicians who have experience and interest in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and/or couples. This position is quite flexible and we can work with you to create your dream job!

We offer benefits for full-time employees.  Benefits include:

    – Health Insurance
    – Dental Insurance
    – Vision Insurance
    – Retirement Plan
    – Stipend towards Continuing Education
    – Liability Insurance
    – Generous payment for time spent completing paperwork
    – IT Support
    – Flexible Working Hours
    – Comfortable Office Space
    – Snacks & Drinks While Working

Specific Requirements: Candidate must have an active Pennsylvania License (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), as well as up-to-date Pennsylvania clearances. At least two years of direct outpatient counseling or outpatient equivalent experience preferred. Please submit resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications to [email protected].

We thank all applicants for their interest. Only those under consideration will be contacted.
