Alex Douglas, MA, LAPC
Alex works with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5-20) who are looking for extra support in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and identity discovery. She believes that each individual holds a story that is unique and deserves to be told. Alex is passionate about providing a safe, inclusive, nonjudgmental space for individuals where they are met with a therapeutic approach that is unique to them.
Alex has received extensive training in the expressive arts therapies and will incorporate visual art, music, drama, and movement into the therapeutic process upon request. Alex is also available for walk and talk therapy.
