Caitlin’s vision for this practice was to create a beautiful, welcoming, and therapeutic space where both therapists and clients can feel safe and supported.
The therapists at Tice Counseling & Wellness are heart-centered and dive deep with clients, partnering with clients to understand and heal their symptoms at the root. We truly care for the people we work with. We don’t believe in just covering up symptoms for life – we believe you can HEAL.
Caitlin specializes in working with adolescents, twenty-somethings and adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, grief and trauma. She also has particular interest working with “Empaths” / Highly Sensitive Persons.
Caitlin is not currently accepting new clients for psychotherapy.
Rachel Mowery, MS, LPC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Clinical Supervisor
Rachel specializes in working with adults (ages 18+) that are experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and trauma-related issues. She also specializes in treating eating disorders. Rachel strives to create a safe space for all clients, including those in the LGBTQ+ population. Rachel is trained in Brainspotting, a technique that assists individuals in healing from trauma.
Rachel is available for in-person and telehealth sessions.
Victoria Ford, MA, LPC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Victoria specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults (ages 14+) that are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, trauma, and stress. She also works with couples.
Victoria has particular interest in relationships – whether it’s with another person or your relationship with yourself. She also helps clients with developing boundaries and assertive communication. She has an interest in working with clients that have an anxious attachment style, and will assist them in feeling more secure in their relationships.
Victoria is available for telehealth sessions.
Kendra Kwiatkowski, MA, LAPC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Kendra specializes in working with adolescents and adults (ages 12+) that are experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms. She has professional training and experience treating life transitions, difficulties with self-regulation, and self-esteem challenges. Kendra also works with couples, helping them improve communication and intimacy.
Kendra is certified in maternal mental health, working alongside mothers throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Kendra can also be available for Walk and Talk Therapy – a form of therapy that takes place while walking outdoors.
Kendra is available for in-person and telehealth sessions.
Tess Heller, LPC, ICAADC, MT-BC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Tess specializes in working with adolescents and adults (ages 12+) that are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. She has professional training and experience treating complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder and substance abuse. Tess is also a certified Music Therapist and can incorporate creativity into therapy, if requested.

Lyndsay specializes in working with children (ages 10+), adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients who present with anxiety, depression, transitional stressors, and severe trauma.

Dani specializes in working with teens and adults (ages 13+) through individual, couple, and family work. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life-stage transitions, self-esteem, and spirituality struggles.
Her specializations with couples include boundary challenges, attachment injuries, conflict, premarital counseling, infidelity, and sexuality.

Carrie Messick, MA, LPC, NCC

Carrie specializes in working with children (ages 10+) and adult women (ages 18+). Areas of focus for Carrie include anxiety, depression, postpartum, parenting concerns, life transitions, grief, women’s issues, faith-related concerns (per client request) and self-esteem.

Kim Weidman-Janak, MA Ed., LPC, NCC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Kim specializes in working with adults, 18 and older who find trauma issues impact their current lifestyle. This may take the form of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship problems.
Kim utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy integrated with mindfulness-based techniques. She is VA trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, is a registered Yoga teacher, a Relax and Renew Trainer© (Restorative Yoga) and has advanced training in yoga for depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, Kim is a certified provider for EMDR.

Dana specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing, anxiety, depression, peer pressure, bullying, test anxiety, relationship issues, and family issues. Family issues may include parental discord, divorce, major illness, or death of a family member. Her goal is to foster an atmosphere of warmth, safety, compassion, and non judgement as a means to assist the client toward self-awareness and a positive sense of well-being.

Heather specializes in working with children (ages as young as appropriate for telehealth), adolescents, adults and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues and other mental health disorders.
She has vast experience treating anxiety, ADHD, oppositional defiance, test anxiety, school-related issues, and screen addictions.

Darian Cope, LAPC, CADC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Darian specializes in working with adults (ages 16+) that are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, stress, trauma, and other life concerns. She has professional training and experience treating mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. Darian primarily utilizes person-centered and mindfulness-based techniques.
Darian is a certified alcohol and drug counselor, has a certificate of competency in problem gambling, and is pursuing further training in trauma and nature therapy.
