Elena Zigarelli, LAPC
I’m dedicated to walking with individuals as they navigate life’s complexities, offering support and guidance along the way. I work with adolescents and adults aged 14 and older, specializing in areas such as ADD/ADHD, adjustment disorders, life transitions, stress, and more.
My approach is rooted in empathy and curiosity, drawing from an eclectic blend of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based techniques. I aim to create a calm and inviting space where individuals can feel heard, valued, and supported. Together we can create a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and self-exploration.
I bring a genuine, holistic, and non-judgmental presence to each session, creating a safe and trusting environment for growth and healing. “The greatest gift you can give someone is the space to be his or her authentic self.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Messiah University. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor, working towards full licensure.
