Regardless of where you are in life, you deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you’re healing from painful experiences or navigating life’s challenges, I would like to create a place dedicated to your wellbeing where you can show up as your authentic self. My work is grounded in trust, fostering feelings of safety, and empowering you to express yourself at your own pace.

I work with children (ages 5+), teenagers, and adults navigating concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I take a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and circumstances. With children, I incorporate play, art, and movement to support emotional expression and resilience. I draw from a variety of techniques, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, among others.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pennsylvania Western University, following my undergraduate studies in Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Family Studies. I am currently a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.

My experience includes crisis response, substance use treatment, behavioral support, and individual therapy. Across these settings, one theme has remained consistent: meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves. I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, supported, and able to grow into who you want to be.
